The Gallagher Dialogues is proudly named in honor of late Guinn Center founder Tom Gallagher.

Tom gave back to Nevada like few individuals ever have. Lawyer, gaming executive, mentor, and philanthropist – Tom Gallagher stood as a giant among givers in the history of the Silver State. Tom was forever passionate about promoting democracy, bipartisanship, and the free exchange of ideas.

Policy-oriented, Tom believed that like-minded individuals from across Nevada should join in forming a think tank that would address Nevada’s pressing statewide issues with objective analysis, free of political bias. Out of this vision, Tom co-founded the Kenny Guinn Center for Policy Priorities.

Tom’s beloved wife, Mary Kay, has generously continued her support of the Guinn Center and The Gallagher Dialogues – both of which would not exist without her passionate support. To learn more about the 2025 Gallagher Dialogues event, click on the link below.
